D.C. -- Business as usual. My name is
Ben Evans, and I'm 25 years old, which according to
my 20 year old brother is half way to death. I like
to ski,
play guitar,
travel,
and ponder the meaning of life. I'm addicted to
buying and selling guitar equipment, even though I
no longer actively play. I am a recent graduate from Kalamazoo College, the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and a member of the Oregon State Bar. I currently live in South West Portland, Oregon. As a recent transplant from the midwest I am viewing this city with fresh eyes, enjoying everything it has to offer. I spend a large amount of time during my formative years working at Zingerman's
Delicatessen where I started bussing tables at the age of 14. By the time I left the company at the age of 21 I was an intern to the Chief Financial Officer and writing an honors thesis on cashflow management in local businesses. During the first two quarters of my junior year at Kalamazoo College I studied at
Goldsmiths
University
in London, England. During Law School I studied abroad in Melbourne, Australia and Christchurch, New Zealand. While I loved both trips, I had no idea that two study abroad experiences could possibly be so different. The all too

Hoben Hall, on Kalamazoo College's main
